# Reporting a bug

> How to report a bug in a Calcs.com calculator, and what to include so our engineers can reproduce it quickly.

Email [support@calcs.com](mailto:support@calcs.com), or open the chat inside Calcs.com. Include:

* A link to the sheet or project where you saw it
* What you expected, and what happened instead
* The inputs you used, or a screenshot of them
* Whether it happens every time or only sometimes

A link to the actual sheet is the single most useful thing you can send. It lets our engineers reproduce the problem against your real inputs instead of guessing at them.
