# Who at Calcs.com Can See My Conversations?

> A small number of Calcs.com support and engineering staff can look at a specific CalcsAI conversation to investigate an issue, similar to a support ticket.

Access is limited to a small number of people with the right internal credentials. Support and engineering can look at a specific conversation to investigate a reported issue, the same way we would look at a support ticket today. We also run automated accuracy checks across conversations, and our team periodically reviews samples to catch and fix problems.
