# What You Can Build with CalcsConnect

> The four things CalcsConnect does, and the endpoints behind each one.

CalcsConnect does four things. Most integrations use two or three of them.

## Run a code-checked calculation

Your product sends inputs and gets back results and check outcomes, so a user sees a pass or fail without leaving your interface. Create a sheet from a template, update its inputs, then solve it. Typed endpoints exist for timber beams and snow loads, and generic template endpoints cover every other calculator your organization is licensed for.

## Get site design loads for a location

Your product sends coordinates and gets the design values that apply there, which removes a manual lookup step before any calculation runs. Wind, tornado, snow, and seismic values are available. One call can return every applicable load together, with elevation and terrain roughness as options.

## Organize work into projects

Calculations group under projects the same way they do on Calcs.com, so a user who also has a Calcs.com account sees one consistent structure. Create projects, list the sheets in them, and clean up in bulk when a workflow ends. Responses include a direct link into the Calcs.com web app, so a user can open the same work in Calcs.com.

## Produce a calculation report

Export a project, or a chosen subset of its sheets, as the same PDF report Calcs.com produces. See [can partners generate reports](https://calcs.com/docs/integrations/calcsconnect/can-partners-generate-reports.md).
