* **Template Status Tracking:** Introduced a status column for tracking template progress (Backlog, In Progress, In Review, Completed) using organization-defined statuses.
* **Template Links Column:** Added a Links column supporting GitHub PR and project management URLs with auto-derived labels.
* **Duplicate Preset:** Added a "Duplicate Preset" option in sidebar dropdown menus with deep-cloning of values, icons, and settings.

* **Staleness Resolution:** Added a "Compare and Merge" button in staleness popovers for direct navigation to the combine flow, bypassing the template picker step.
