# Export a Single Calculation to PDF

> Export one calculation sheet to PDF from the export icon at the top right of the sheet.

To quickly export a single sheet, select the **export** icon at the top right of the screen while the calculation is open.

You can also export one sheet from the **Export** button in the left-hand sidebar: select just that sheet instead of the whole project. See [Export a Project to PDF](/docs/running-calculations/exporting-reports/export-project-pdf).

The paper size and print mode used come from your organization's default print settings. See [Change Default Print Settings](/docs/settings/organization-settings/change-default-print-settings).
