# Resend an Invite to a User

> What to do when a user hasn't received their Calcs.com invite email.

When an administrator invites a user from [your users page](https://calcs.com/users), Calcs.com sends that person an email to create their login. If the invite hasn't arrived:

1. Ask the person to check their spam or junk folder for an email from Calcs.com.
2. Check that the email address on the users page is spelled correctly.
3. If the address is wrong or the email still hasn't arrived, remove the pending user and invite them again with the correct address. If the invite still doesn't arrive, your organization's email filtering may be blocking it. Contact [support@calcs.com](mailto:support@calcs.com).
