CalcsAI only sees the projects and organization you are logged into, cannot access other accounts, and starts each conversation fresh with no cross-user leak.
Do You Tell Me When I Am Talking to an AI?
The panel is labeled "AI Chat" throughout Calcs.com so you always know you are talking to an AI, matching EU AI Act Article 50 transparency rules.
How Long Do You Keep My Conversations?
CalcsAI conversations have no auto-expiry today so you can refer back; a self-serve delete button is coming, and support can remove your history on request.
Who at Calcs.com Can See My Conversations?
A small number of Calcs.com support and engineering staff can look at a specific CalcsAI conversation to investigate an issue, similar to a support ticket.
Do You Use My Data to Train Your Models?
Calcs.com does not train models on your data, and our AI providers are configured for zero data retention on the inputs you send to CalcsAI.
What AI Models Power CalcsAI?
CalcsAI runs on established foundational model providers behind a routing layer that picks the best model per task and fails over if one goes down.
Who Gets Access First?
CalcsAI is in beta with a limited group of accounts, and coverage grows as agreements with standards bodies and publishers come into place.

Can My Organization Turn CalcsAI Off?
There is no org-admin toggle for CalcsAI today; individual users can choose not to use it, and an admin control is being considered for the future.
What Happens to My Projects When the Beta Ends?
Nothing changes automatically when the CalcsAI beta ends: everything you have built stays in place, and you will hear about any pricing change first.
Where Do I Find It?
CalcsAI is available as a dedicated chat panel in the left sidebar and as a chat inside any calculator that already knows what you are working on.
How Do I Give Feedback?
Rate each CalcsAI answer with a thumbs up or thumbs down, and add a note on what you expected versus what you got when the answer was wrong.
What Do I Do if CalcsAI Gives Me a Wrong or Unsafe Answer?
Flag a wrong CalcsAI answer with a thumbs down and a note; if it affected a decision you are not confident in, contact support instead of waiting for review.
How Do I Know Feedback Is Doing Something?
Automated accuracy and hallucination checks run across all CalcsAI conversations, and the Calcs.com team reviews flagged answers to improve the product.
