If you signed up for Calcs.com yourself, you may have created a separate account instead of joining your organization’s existing one. Your projects then aren’t shared with your team, and you aren’t using your organization’s plan. To join your organization:
  1. Ask an administrator in your organization to invite you from the users page. See Add Users to Your Account.
  2. Contact support@calcs.com and let us know which account you created by mistake, and which organization you want to join.
If you have projects in the separate account you want to keep, mention them when you contact support.
