  • A link to the sheet or project where you saw it
  • What you expected, and what happened instead
  • The inputs you used, or a screenshot of them
  • Whether it happens every time or only sometimes
A link to the actual sheet is the single most useful thing you can send. It lets our engineers reproduce the problem against your real inputs instead of guessing at them.
