Atlas Tube Connection Hub

  • HSS-HSS Moment Connection - Member-End Distance Reductions 🇺🇸 : Implemented capacity reductions for connections near member ends per AISC 360-22 Section J10 (US) . Includes new end distance inputs and updated limit state calculations for web local yielding, crippling, and flange bending.
  • Axial Load Handling (Moment Connections) 🇺🇸 : Introduced axial load support for WF-to-HSS and HSS-to-HSS moment connections, featuring new axial demand widgets, load tables, and axial-moment interaction checks.
  • Built-Up Tee Support 🇺🇸 : Added built-up tee section options for WT connections, including new geometry inputs, weld design calculations, and modified dynamic diagrams.
  • HSS Splices 🇺🇸 🇨🇦: Introduced configurable horizontal and vertical bolt spacing inputs to replace fixed spacing, with real-time updates to capacity calculations and diagrams.
  • HSS Splice 🇨🇦: Fixed a service load calculation bug where reference IDs incorrectly pointed to US calculator values.
  • Truss Connections 🇨🇦: Unified weld calculations with base metal sections and standardized the weld design methodology.
  • Column Bracing 🇨🇦: Added bolted connection support for Canadian column bracing with splice plate section and new validation presets.
  • HSS Truss Logic: Enhanced connection type evaluation for two-branch members with external loads and three-branch configurations.

Calcs Builder

  • New Builder Polish: Added persistent “Add Widget” buttons in each section for ease, improved autocomplete while typing formulas, and enhanced unit rendering.
  • Sidebar Improvements: Implemented bulk show/hide visibility controls for easier navigation, added widget icons for identification on widget type
  • Preview Enhancements: Calculator previews now clearly display selected building standards, unit systems, and presets with a re-clickable preview button.
  • Equation Input Highlighting: Added character-level change highlighting in equation inputs to pinpoint specific modifications within larger text blocks.
  • Table Column Editor: Reintroduced the referenceId field to table columns for consistency with legacy builder functionality.

  • Details Library 🇺🇸 🇨🇦: Added multi-country content support with a selection toggle to differentiate US/CA content.
  • Partnership Platform UI: Optimized the interface on partner platforms for billing, trial and project default settings on signup.
  • Atlas Tube Support: Implemented a dedicated email support flow with in-app contact forms specifically for Atlas Tube users.
